Our expectations towards the R+T in Stuttgart were already very high because we exhibited brandnew products for safety on doors. The new pull-in protection sensors as well as the non-contact safety systems aroused considerable interest.

The safety light curtain LIGI impressed almost all of the door manufacturers and we expect not only short-term success with this product.

But also our new line of products for sliding gates with the optical sensors, universal inductive signal transmission as well as loop detectors attracted a lot of positive attention in this market sector.

We would like to thank the more then 800 documented visitors that sometimes have brought our exhibition team on their physical limits, but of course in a positive way. Furthermore we would like to mention the multiple visits of our competitors that has shown that we have hit the nail on the head with our innovations.

The NOCON is a modular system for easy series assembling respectively converting the standard rubber profile safety edge into a non-contact system. The non contact safety edge NOCON is the ideal combination of functionality, safety and easy assembling. The NOCON is suitable for series production but also very easy to use for retrofitting as an alternative for the approach stopper. No design changes on the door are necessary. The safety light beam runs beneath the door rubber profile and because of that obstructions will be recognised without contact, faster door closing is possible without exceeding of permitted closing forces.

We have expanded our range of products. In our delivery program we offer now alu-profile matching the existing bottom rubber profile. For the easy installation all C-rails are provided with a drilling-line of 120° angle for an optimal drill guide. The exact attachment of the alu C-rail to the door is thus guaranteed. The rounded insertion edges facilitate the mounting of the rubber profile. All alu profiles are available ex stock in 2, 3 and 6m length.

The LAD4 is an aesthetically and very robust cable junction box. Protection class IP66 assures safety under any circumstance. The see-through cover is available with straight or angled spiral cable exit. The Argos is designed for the direct mounting in profile housings.
Due to the big aperture angle a safe function is assured at all times. With the M25x1.5 design the Argos matches with standard cable gland sizes. The high degree of protection can be obtained when mounted with the provided seal. With the integrated second transmission channel a second light-stretch can be obtained without the two interfering with each other. For a longer life of the sensors an electrical potential-free closing contact is being used which is nonwearing and short-circuit protected. ...

  • Low-Power-SIGNAL opto edge

The Low-Power-SIGNAL chooses the output frequency automatically according to the respective conditions. For a lower current consumption in battery mode the output frequency will be reduced to 400Hz. This results in more life time for the batteries. The wireless transmitted safety signals will be processed in the control module which then gives out the required output frequency for the door control.
With a direct connection of the Low-Power-SIGNAL to the door control, using the spiral cable, a standard output frequency of typ. 900Hz will be created
