• TSS 20 safety edge tester
  for trouble-shooting on optoelectronic safety edges
  The TSS 20 safety edge tester simulates the function of the optoelectronic safety edge.
  With connection to the control / safety processing unit the TSS 20 generates an output signal of approx. 700 Hz. This signal simulates the control signal “Safety edge OK”. The TSS 20 checks the power supply to the control. To do this it measures the voltage at a current of 35mA. If the voltage is within the correct range of 10.5...12VDC the yellow LED lights up, if the power supply is faulty no LED indication is given. The fault can thus be quickly tracked down.
